Haplogroup E starts at about the 12 o'clock position. From there, read the haplogroups in the chart key from left to right as you go clockwise. R-U106 ends the chart at the 12 o'clock position.

Parent haplogroup R1b occupies everything from R-A286 (about 4 o'clock) through R-U106 (12 o'clock), constituting about 66% of the Collins project.
